The best there is! Words cannot justify how good & trustworthy Tiffiany is! She took the time to answer every question we had (and we had a lot!) She has helped us tremendously with our account and we are forever grateful! I highly recommend her services :)

Inauthentic claim After selling for over 6 years I got hit with an inauthentic claim. I had been following Eat Sleep Amazon on Instagram for a while and decided to ask for help. She quickly started working on the claim and I was able to submit documents to amazon hours later. Her work paid off and I got the claim resolved! She definitely has the knowledge to clearly show and give them what they want. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Very polite communication, personally would not use this service again. I was told about the service provided here in brand ungating. Provided all necessary documents to the team handling the case. I didn't like that they were unresponsive at times when asking how the case was going. Paid a fee upfront to evaluate the case which is fine and I agreed to the terms laid out before proceeding. I was then charged double what I initially paid for because I was told the case needed more time to handle, I again proceeded to pay the fee. At the end of it all the case was never resolved and never did I receive a response of what happened. What I did receive was another bill to handle the case, mind you it had been more than 5 weeks and nothing was resolved. A bummer because $870 was spent.

Definitely Would Recommend Tiffiany and her team are very knowledgeable about Amazon's policies. Her confidence about how to respond to Amazon every step of the way was very reassuring. She was very quick to respond at all hours of the day and night. She made this whole experience easy to manage. I would definitely recommend her to anybody going through difficulties with their Amazon business. She will not stop until she leads you to the best possible outcome.

inauthentic claim FIXED you can trust and believe that whatever your account is having issues with... it’s going to get taken care of when you have her working by your side. do not doubt her abilities, she will come through!
