Again Again, save yourself some trouble. Do not waste your time and money on this organization. Their reviews, are very much skewed, because they spend all of their time on apps, trying to refute all of the complaining customers. As opposed to actually doing any work. My account was suspended for a long… My account was suspended for a long time & I went to several agencies. Tiffany made it clear it could take a long time to get my account back. We had been dropshipping and violated many Amazon policies. We won’t lie — we got very aggravated at ourselves and sometimes impatient. Thankfully Tiffiany stayed calm and stayed persistent in the case. Highly recommend her!

Very polite communication, personally would not use this service again. I was told about the service provided here in brand ungating. Provided all necessary documents to the team handling the case. I didn't like that they were unresponsive at times when asking how the case was going. Paid a fee upfront to evaluate the case which is fine and I agreed to the terms laid out before proceeding. I was then charged double what I initially paid for because I was told the case needed more time to handle, I again proceeded to pay the fee. At the end of it all the case was never resolved and never did I receive a response of what happened. What I did receive was another bill to handle the case, mind you it had been more than 5 weeks and nothing was resolved. A bummer because $870 was spent.
