Only go through them if your time doesn't mean anything They are the cheapest auto appraiser in the area, but if it's a private deal don't use them because the car will be sold to someone else before you get the appraisal report. I was told 7-10 days for the report it's been 13. I have contacted them and they said to be patient. Lol im starting to think they ran off with my money.

Find a different company to work with Franklin Colletta, the owner of this buisness keeps doxing mine and my wife's personal info as revenge against us for leaving a honest one star review. Do not engage with this business, it's not safe to do so, I say that based on what we are experiencing now. He's encouraging clients to call my wife's cell phone and harass her. Franklin is now also attempting to harass us by contacting our employers over this personal matter. He’s not a safe person to do business with.
