Superb! It was a smooth transition in getting my car issue resolved. I was provided updates regarding the situation and when communicating via email ans phone the response was quick. I'm very pleased and the experience was great. I highly recommend.

Find a different company to work with Franklin Colletta, the owner of this buisness keeps doxing mine and my wife's personal info as revenge against us for leaving a honest one star review. Do not engage with this business, it's not safe to do so, I say that based on what we are experiencing now. He's encouraging clients to call my wife's cell phone and harass her. Franklin is now also attempting to harass us by contacting our employers over this personal matter. He’s not a safe person to do business with.

St. Lucie Appraisal came through big time. After battling with Geico for several months and getting nowhere over a valuation of my truck in which they were completely low balling me, I contacted St. Lucie Appraisal Company. They were able to get me market value for my truck. About $13,000 more than what Geico originally offered.
