CAWith gratitude to the person (NICK?)… With gratitude to the person (NICK?) who masterminded and created this amazing tool encouraging many to preserve precious memories. My daughter gifted me Storyworth during Covid. Being a journalist she was sending me weekly questions pertinent to the stories she heard growing up from her parents and grandparents. It has been an emotional journey for me going through my late father's notes and the family tree he so lovingly drew. I also had many black and white photographs dated back to 1914. At the very beginning I was writing stories in my mind without even typing them. I realized that I might need an extension and called customer service. A very pleasant and kind recorded male voice picked my message (luckily not computerized) and assured me that someone will speak to me in a couple of minutes. Customer service (Roxane) came on line right away. Being a self taught computer "genius" who does not like computers, over the course of my writing I had many technical issues. Every time I contacted customer service with various questions they were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help. I was lucky that several times Ricardo happen to answer my calls and "cries for help". I would not have been able to go on writing and complete my book without his technical knowledge, encouragement and patience explaining to me over and over again the same issues. By the end of my book (over 400 pages) THANKS to Ric I have become a pro in editing stories and uploading photographs. I dedicated my book to my 3 grandsons who were impressed that their grandma wrote a book and even included their photographs. They were also impressed that the title of the book is "My family" and the cover is red (that happens to be their favourite color). Thank you again and again Storyworth for this brilliant idea that have made so many happy and grateful.

USI loved everything about Storyworth! First of all, I am not tech savvy and invariably, I get very frustrated trying to navigate a new website. Any website. I love your website! It was actually easy for me to navigate. I could always find my way without having to consult my daughter. That's a BIG deal. Secondly, I enjoyed writing every story for this book. How many things should I list? It's a great concept! Do you want me to make an international advertisement? If you tell me how, I'd do it in a second! I used almost every prompt, wrote one or two myself. I wrote every week. The whole design is fabulous. The date below is the date I finished editing and uploading pictures. Another thing: the three month grace period given to do the above is perfect. I could go on and on. Thank you!

USIt is very beneficial to be prompted by the questions posted, and often leads to sharing of memories that would be buried rather than shared. I often go off on tangents during the chapters! thank you for your service! I had attempted to get my own mother to write down some memories to be saved, but I did not have success or the tools to make it happen. This is very easy and inspired memories and emotions that I want to pass on in my family.

AUWonderful way to do a memoirs book and family history. I loved using this program. My mother and I wrote her book together. It was a wonderful way to find out family history and organise the large amount of information. She is enjoying showing the finished book to her siblings and friends and encouraging more stories from the past to be written down. I highly recommend using Storyworth and we are now working on my fathers life history with it.

USA true gift for the people who love you It was surprising to see how 18 months of emailed questions so easily created a book of answers about my life. It was an easy habit to answer the questions I liked and dismiss others. I never expected to be able to edit the "finished" book! This was a gift from my daughters for their children, and asked only about my childhood memories. Even my brothers enjoyed reading little sister's memories. After seeing how this book came out, I am thinking of giving myself the gift of another book to keep the stories going!
