I was a little skeptical about having a… I was a little skeptical about having a portrait done via the internet, but PortraitsOnDemand totally blew me away with their speed AND quality! I sent a photo of one of our horses that passed away as a gift for my husband. Less than a week later, PortraitsOnDemand started sending me proofs. The first time they sent an update of the actual painting, I opened the proof while sitting with my husband, burst into tears, and had to run into the other room so as not to give away the surprise! Amazing! The portrait we received was beautiful. It was for my mother in law for her late mother and she immediately cried when she opened it. I sent a black and white photo and the artist figured out the perfect colors to add. My mother in law stated that the artist got her expression on her face perfectly. She bragged about the gift to everyone and it felt so great to give something so meaningful. Such a great gift idea!

Beautiful and accurate work! The artist was great to work with,sending updates for review and editing, until I was satisfied with the colors and representation. The finished portrait looks exactly like my son's beloved Labrador, "Maddux". I presented it as a Christmas present.....total win!

They were willing to work with me and kept in great communication with me through every step of the process! Their artists are absolutely fabulous.
