BUYERS BEWARE You cannot trust this ethically-bankrupt company to do the right thing. They have non-existent customer service – I never heard back from them after multiple attempts. I ordered and received a very large, heavy framed print. Once received, I found the print was torn. The interior and exterior packaging had no damage, so clearly the print was packaged with the damage already inflicted. Immediately I sent photographs of the damaged print to the company, to which I also received no response. Only after I initiated a Pay Pal case did the company respond. And their solution? I PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING for a large, heavy, damaged-by-them framed print from the USA to GERMANY, and then they would refund ONLY my purchase price. UNPRINCIPLED TO THEIR CORE!

Solved my problem after delivery I am editing my review, the customer service reached out to me and offered a fair solution to my order. I really value this and appreciate it and changing my review as resolved with 5* I will purchase here in the future! ---- Original review: We placed our order (16064094834842619) in the event "buy 1 get 1 free". The website preview had an error claim the stretcher to be included. After the payment, I received an email to check the order for errors and to respond if an issue is found. I noticed the issue I immediately left 10+ emails/calls/call messages requesting the issue fix/cancel my order. No one picked my phone next days, no one responded to my messages or emails up until next Monday 5 days later that it has been printed and is being shipped with errors! After negotiation they let me make another order to replace this original order but for the "FULL PRICE" this time 100 USD more and smaller size. ------- Quality 5* Customer service 5*

This was the only source I could find… This was the only source I could find for the Durer print I wanted - it's beautiful! Very clear, with sharp lines and bright colors, It's much easier to study and enjoy than the small book versions I was stuck with before.

Five Stars I received my order promptly and really enjoyed the whole shopping experience. This site offers a large variety that I have not seen elsewhere. I will order from them again.

Fantastic Sorolla El Bano del Caballo print. I ordered the El Bano del Caballo by Sorolla (The horse's bath) and there was a problem with the template but they resolved that in a very amicable way and the canvas print is so bright and clear, almost three dimensional. And the frame work is very neat and solid. I couldn't be happier. This is a company dedicated to make their customers happy, I'm going to order more from this company. Recommended! Hans
