BRserver down for 4 days Work with e-commerce and systems, I was seduced by the prices of this company, I hired a dedicated server and everything was fine, working perfectly. Until one beautiful day the server was off, and all of my services fell down. Immediately I contacted the support and had no response. Continue to contact, but no response. On the third day I had a response, but the server was still down. I couldn't wait the recovery of my clients, so I changed server. the other day the server came back, then there were 4 days without the server fallen and without support.

USIt's solid as far as being up and running at all times One thing I must say about Gigapros is that they have excellent customer service. When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can. I've had my website with them for a number of years. It's solid as far as being up and running at all times. I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. That's pretty good up time!
