Awful product I ordered 3 of these for young grand daughters for Christmas thinking it was a simple, beginner machine. I wasn't going to invest in anything expensive if they didn't like sewing. What a huge disappointment and waste of any money. 2 out of the 3 worked for about 5 minutes and the stitches were erratic is size and then it locked up, tang!ed in lower casing. I rethreaded, switched to better thread, reread the limited information in the manual and it still happened. Useless. To make matters worse the website for service seems to be out of service. Do not buy this product! I have repeatedly attempted to get these working. Now I need to go buy better machines! The grand daughters used mine and loved sewing.
