GBThe bowls are very difficult to get in… The bowls are very difficult to get in and out of the elevated base. I haven't actually used this yet, but when I took it out of the packaging, and tried to remove the bowls, I imagined the food and water going everywhere because of the difficulty getting the bowls in and out. Very disappointed. I would send back, but the shipping will probably cost me 1/2 of the amount of the cost of the item.

GBWaiting too long!! I ordered two cat bowls back in February and still have not received them. They're sold everywhere so I didn't need to order anything coming from China. Ridiculous!
