GBThis is a great company to work with! This is a great company to work with. My order was promptly processed. When it arrived, it was well packaged and nothing was dented or destroyed. Plus, extra time as taken to hand wrap the box containing my knife. A very nice and personal touch rarely found any longer.

GBAn excellent product at a fair price An excellent product at a fair price. Customer service is great also. Do to my own error, the knife I bought was sent to the wrong address. This company resolved the issue and resent the knife to me at no extra cost and it still arrived timely.

GBSommelier Series is Excellent Great corkscrew. Well packaged and arrived in expected timeframe. Multiple purchases over many years and always satisfied. Chateau Laguiole corkscrews still appear be very good but not quite at the finish level of their earlier pieces.
