NLNo order confirmation and missing magnet After my order 15149 i did not receive a confirmation. When i asked they send me a tracking number (international shipping) for my order that was not updated until i asked after 3 weeks. When delivered my order was not compleet. I ordered a X10 and a meat temperature chart magnet that was missing. So room for improvement, Yes!

USEmail order confirmation needed The website functioned well, however, when I submitted my order, I never got an email confirmation of my order. Fortunately I saved my order confirmation page, but at least an email saying that your order has been submitted and then another email when your order has shipped would have been useful. In addition, it took a long time for the product to be delivered, but I didn't mind because the shipping was included.
