GBI ordered a dish drainer that was the… I ordered a dish drainer that was the same price. Unpacking it I was afraid of breaking it because of all the plastic parts. Luckily I found Zojilla dish drainer. It is beautiful. Solid. It does not get water on the counter which was starting to cause serious damage from our previous dish drainer. (Water getting in the seam of the linoleum and onto the particle board do it was starting to buckle) It is truly so beautiful and functional. It also does not get that weird gross stuff that grows on plastic dish drainers. It is built to last.

NZZojilla Rohan dish drainer 😁 Chose the Zojilla Rohan dish rack, very happy with this choice, well made and attractive. Doesn't hold as much as my old IKEA rack but also won't corrode like the IKEA 😊 Ordered 25th Feb, received 1st March - quick delivery from USA to the other side of the planet in NZ 😁 Zojila Rohan dish drainer

GBI wanted to love this dish drainer I wanted to love this dish drainer. I’ve always had the kind of dish drainer that is dipped in rubber/plastic and eventually rusts. I was looking for a replacement for my latest, now rusty drainer. Rather than purchasing another that would end up in a landfill, I wanted something that would last even if it meant spending more. While this dish drainer should fulfill that requirement, I hadn’t thought through the implications of having all of the components made from stainless steel. Drain board: The design is clever and the water flows into the sink nicely, but I have two issues with it. First of all it is raised off the counter and elevates the dish drainer so it became the focal point of the kitchen – which was not the look I was going for. And then there are the hard water spots which appeared after the first use. The instructions warned about hard water (which I have) and suggested using vinegar to clean the spots. I just hadn’t reckoned how quickly the drain board would be covered with blotches of white mineral deposits where drops of water had stayed on the board. I am use to my white Rubbermaid drain board which does collect mineral deposits, but they don’t show because it is white. Life is short, I can’t spend it cleaning the draining board after every dish washing. I am now using the new dish rack with my old Rubermaid drain board. Cutlery holder: There is a stainless insert that helps divides the holder into three holding areas and provides support to the cutlery. Unfortunately the divider it is not a tight fit. While that makes it easy to insert and remove the result is that it rattles whenever anyone walks by. I tried using the holder without the insert, but all the silverware slid over to one side because the holder isn’t particularly deep and there is no grip on the bottom. Luckily, my old plastic cutlery holder works with the new dish rack. Dish rack: So far this works well, though it occurs to me that hard surfaces might not be the best thing for fine china and crystal. Another reviewer suggested that there should be cup holders along the outside and the company responded that they might create an attachment – I would encourage them to do this. I do not plan on using the drain board or cutlery holder. I would love to return them so they don’t end up in the landfill. Optimally, they would be sold separately.

GBIt Was About Time I had no idea a dish rack could be a work of art! Our neighbor has had one of these for years and we’ve always wanted one. When we couldn’t get the gunk and discoloration off the plastic of our old fish rack we knew it was time. We are so pleased with this! And because it shipped from close by we received it the next day.
