Very impressed I used my new frying pan tonite for the first time and love the way it cooks. I have purchased two of these prior as gifts and finally bought myself not one but two. I also bought one of the Dutch oven type pots. I'm trying to transition to some lighter cookware and these fit the bill. I was also only interested in cookware that was chemical free. The pans both arrived quickly and well packaged.

Always pan - base metal flaking off The Always Pan is a very expensive pan to only last 2 years. I’ve taken great care of mine but the base metal has started to flake off. This pan is touted as being long lasting and the only pan needed, I’ve got wooden spoons that have lasted longer. Disappointed to have wasted my money. And frustrated that their response is, “here’s £30 off just get another one”. No thanks. All style no substance.

Even though there were some hiccups… Even though there were some hiccups with shipping and my initial order (the Rosa colour) going out of stock, Our Place made it right, hence, the 5 stars. Mistakes happen but it’s the ability and willingness to make them right that count. I got two pots and both work well. Not only does the pot heat up food quickly, but it adds beauty to my kitchen. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the Rosa color will be available soonest as that very shade is a major theme in my kitchen.

My place of work has kitted the kitchen… My place of work has kitted the kitchen in Our Place in the beautiful Rosa, sadly 1 year on the frying pan has stains on the outside that will not come off. Hesitant to use a hard abrasive cleaner as don't want to fade the colour. Pleased I didn't fork out!
