It exceeded our expectations The bathroom shower system is exactly what we wanted. It exceeded our expectations. Now we are looking for another shower for our upstairs bathroom and Sweethome has so many amazing taps that we are having a hard time making a choice.

Good news. A few days after submitting my review, sweethome FINALLY issued the refund. Here’s to TrustPilot for holding them accountable. I like the products from sweet home but their customer service is awful if you need to return or replace anything. I have been waiting 60 days fir a refund on order#22122223540810. I liked the faucet so much that I ordered another one to replace the one I returned because it was the wrong model. But it’s terrible that they still owe me money. I am disappointed in this company.
