GBGood news. A few days after submitting my review, sweethome FINALLY issued the refund. Here’s to TrustPilot for holding them accountable. I like the products from sweet home but their customer service is awful if you need to return or replace anything. I have been waiting 60 days fir a refund on order#22122223540810. I liked the faucet so much that I ordered another one to replace the one I returned because it was the wrong model. But it’s terrible that they still owe me money. I am disappointed in this company.

GBOutstanding company Sometimes their prices are higher than other places, but their customer service is outstanding and the quality of their products is excellent. I have been purchasing products from them since many years and I recently remodeled my bathroom and purchased most of my items from here. Sometimes I've had a problem with some of my items - accessories were missing and couldn't be found. They replaced all the items promptly and even gave me a discount. Every communication with them has been easy and pleasant.
