The product arrived in good shape but no lighting string The product arrived in good shape very well packaged the delivery company did an excellent job everything was there except for the string of lights which you mentioned that they are included in your video that plays for the product on your web page I sent service department of note that I did not receive those lights and did not hear anything back from them but no lights are not deal breaker. it just that you shouldn't be advertising that they included if you're not going to include them but the product itself overall is good I would recommend anybody who assembles one of these not tighten up all the screws until all four corners are done a little tight and also there's a little sag on the 10-ft span of the louvers themselves water doesn't come in but you get gaps of light coming through otherwise I'd give the product 95% quality and everything went very well.
