GBBy far, a great merchant account provider. I'm a programmer with knowledge in dozens of languages, systems, and security best practices. My industry is not necessarily high risk; it is low-medium risk and so far so good. Pros - The Support. Pablo Nunez is a huge help! He is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to answer every one of my (including technical) questions. - The Fees. Redde is charging relatively low fees for card processing. They are still working on a custom Interchange+ model for me, but their base rate is still very cheap. - Gateway. For developers, the in-house gateway is amazing and offers 3D Secure, AVS, etc., but also offers other gateways like Authorize.net for e-commerce sites. - Reporting. The dashboard is a little old in design, but everything works properly and reports are readable and tracking transactions is simple. Cons - I don't like the design of the hosted payment form personally because it's in light theme and not dark theme. It is also possible to abuse the hosted payment form by bad actors to do damages to the merchant if not set up properly (Like spam declining charges to ruin the authorization rate). Nonetheless, if you follow logic and properly setup limits and settings, you should be fine. - The merchant account operates with your own bank account. Most US business bank accounts charge deposit/withdrawal fees after like 250 free. They ACH push deposits, then pull processing fees (rather than just depositing the difference) so it leads to fees by own bank. It would be so good if they just consolidated the deposit and fee into one ACH transaction.
