I did not like the repeated delayes in… I did not like the repeated delayes in shipping. I did not like the confusing electrical requirements. I do not like that the back top edge does not have a tilt to the interior of the tub.and they wavy up and down.. not good for a tile wall. I did not like the thin wall accordion drain line which will likely degrigate and leak in time. I do not like that the tub feet remains over 3/4 of an inch off the floor at its lowest.. this will be a place for dirt dust and water to get under the tub. Tub is pretty but I believe there will likely be lots of problems due to the design details.

Empava-48JT011 Tub I recently ordered an Empava bathtub and was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service. The shipping was fast. The bathtub is beautiful but unfortunately during shipment a small crack occurred. I cannot say enough good things about how their customer service responded fast and addressed the issues to my satisfaction. They are outstanding! I would highly recommend them.

Great product - poor shipping experience Very knowledeable sales staff, Great product that is well designed and made. Our only complaint was with the shipping company who had poor tracking and took longer than they promised to deliver.

Shipping may vary... Website is ok, but shipping estimate for me was way off. Ordered a tub the week before Christmas with a processing and shipping time of 11-16 "natural days". It processed and shipped over a 4 day Christmas holiday weekend. Initial delivery estimate was 1/3. However, the shipper called me to drop off 7 calendar days after I placed the order a week before the delivery estimate. Because I was traveling over the holidays I requested delivery on 1/3 as estimated but was told I would be charged $200 storage fee to deliver when communicated. After some back and forth communications, the tub eventually arrived 1/3 and I was not charged. As for the tub, it looks amazing and exceeded my expectations. I have not been able to install yet, but my only complaint is the instructions are poorly translated to English and specifications such as the electrical supply required are not clear.

Tub arrived in condition. Packaged well Tub arrived in condition, packaged well. Seems to be made well and really simple, clean lines. Will update after the install to our master bathroom. Thank you
