Love our unique "wave" grab bar The selection of grab bars was great. I did not want an "industrial" looking grab bar and the "wave" bar I selected is very unique and perfect for our new shower. A human being answered the phone! I had questions and I made 2 phone calls. A human being actually answered both calls and they were very helpful. (I could understand them, also). Everything has arrived and packaged beautifully. Will have to do a second review once everything is installed and I am actually using the shower head. Hopefully it will be as good as the initial impression.
