HAPPY customer We were quite satisfied with cabinets and countertops. Selection in woods and stone were quite good compared to several other stores. They provided printed up front price sheets so no guessing or pressure sales. Final finish on cabinets and stone polish may not be as high as Cambria or Thomasville but the prices are not near them. Great value.

Poor experience with staff Price was good. Personnel was rude. Person who came to measure was rude and hard to understand. He entered my house without authorization when we were not home. What he said conflicted with what the office had told us about the process and about their sinks. Installer made an antisemtic remark.

Kevin was great. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to make sure I was getting the perfect product. Excellent experience I don't write many reviews but I feel I need to write this one. My experience with Factory Plaza was excellent from beginning to end. My salesman, Ryan, was personable, professional and patient. I feel I got very a competitively priced product in a very timely manner. They hit their timelines perfectly. When it came time for installation, I was notified when they were to arrive and they arrived at that time exactly. Installation went smoothly and accurately. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
