Shipping charge was a very reasonable $5 and product arrived about 5 days after order. Our package included a complimentary packet of herbs de Provence and also a lavender sachet. Good service Excellent first order experience, place mats arrived nicely packaged and are beautiful. Prices are excellent. There is a shop in my city that sells the same place mats for much more money. Great selection at Marche Provence also. I will definitely order again! The only negative is the place mats could easily be reversible but there are tags deeply sown into the hem so removal would be difficult. Otherwise, I am ultra happy about the product and the service at Marche Provence!

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service! When my order of a Christmas tablecloth was delayed due to manufacturing issues in France, Chuck was very responsive to my concerns. When he realized I needed it for a brunch on Christmas Day he sent me another cloth to use so I would not be without one for my big event. My original order showed up a few days later. All the cloths are beautiful! And I am so appreciative of the way in which Marche Provence looks out for its customers. Can't thank Chuck enough! We had a beautiful Christmas brunch with the substitute cloth & are now enjoying the originally ordered one. Will definitely order again!

Cotton, uncoated, round tablecloths I ordered 3 cotton, round tablecloths (not coated). VERY good price and quality. They arrived very quickly. Beautiful design and quality. I laundered one in the washer and hung to dry. Beautiful! I usually put these type of tablecloths in the dryer when 99% dry for a few minutes to get rid of any remaining wrinkles. This one came out of the washer beautifully!! Very nice and thick quality. I also ordered 2 dishtowels and received a hand-written note that they are on backorder. Great customer service. Looking forward to trying these, as dishtowels often have a nice design, but do not absorb properly.
