My bed was sent without the supports… My bed was sent without the supports that go under the slats, so for 2 weeks we have been sleeping not on our bed. I was told the day of delivery they would send them out and be here in a few days, today I called and was told the warehouse is working on it and there is no supervisor available to speak with. Thanks for nothing.

Explained the process very well come day of delivery. Day of delivery went has planned. They came in and brought in my very heavy coffee table I inspected the container-no outside damage. I signed for it. They asked where to put it for me. And they were off to next delivery. Very efficient. Very pleased! My coffee table was in excellent shape and perfect! Exactly what I wanted!
