GB2 toilets both need to be returned I ordered 2 toilets, one was damaged and one was used full of water and cockroach poop. Tried returning but the process is ridiculous been days since I received and no one has told me I can return them and no one has given my money back. Very poor customer service and the toilets seem very cheap

DEBest quality & service!! I loved the customer service! I forgot to apply one of my discount codes at check out and even tho it was my fault I forgot, they refunded me back the amount of the discount! I got to talk to Jay and he solved the problem easy & fast! He was very kind and helpful! Anyway I‘ve already purchased twice at Homary and I’m already planning my third purchase since the quality is so good, even better than what they sell in my hometown. My room really should get sponsored by them soon! I loved the first 2 furniture goods I purchased and Homary really made my room look unique and like nobody else‘s. My next item in mind: I‘d love to see a „faux cow skin“ carpet that’s big enough for a living room, with white and cold brown details on it, just like the one they used in their 3D living room inspiration - as soon as they have it up for purchase, I’ll be the first one to buy it for sure!
