BBQ and exceptional service... BBQ looks amazing built into an outdoor kitchen. Couple of minor issues with accessories. However I have to say that the customer service and responses have been the best I have ever experienced. All done on line dealt with literally immediately. A fabulous breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend and use again. Congratulations....

I started out first by ordering 9 inch… I started out first by ordering 9 inch frying pan and used it for a couple of weeks and loved the pan very much. Then I ordered 11 inch sauce pan, received my order and ran into a little snag. I email prime cook and the issue was resolved in less than one week. Angelo responds immediately to all my emails. AWESOME cookware and customer service. Would recommend this cookware. Don't hesitate to buy this cookware!! Janet
