Disappointed I only used this pot twice and the coating start chipping off already. I store it by itself without stacking anything on top. Only use none sticker plastic spatula with the pan. I have been very careful with the pan. Use only sofe sponge to wash it. Very disappointing. I'll be contacting your customer service about this.

I started out first by ordering 9 inch… I started out first by ordering 9 inch frying pan and used it for a couple of weeks and loved the pan very much. Then I ordered 11 inch sauce pan, received my order and ran into a little snag. I email prime cook and the issue was resolved in less than one week. Angelo responds immediately to all my emails.
