I ordered cabinets for my bathroom and had a problem I ordered cabinets for my bathroom project at the start of the job. 4 months later, when I put them together and installed them I noticed dome shipping damage. I spoke to a company rep expecting an issue because 4 months had gone by since they had arrived, and they replaced the damage part no problems! A company that stands behind their product - refreshing. Excellent product, excellent customer service - two things we don't see enough of nowadays. Thank you!

Excellent product and service Excellent product and service. The Malibu White Shaker RTA cabinets we bought were well designed, sturdy and had an excellent finish. This was a large order with a bunch of different pieces. There was a minor mix up with one item and some minor shipping damage that was promptly and easily remedied. Assembly was easy once we had a little experience but we recommend that the online assembly videos be better matched to the current version of the cabinet supplied.

She was very kind to our situation and with her suberb customer service skills, she made this experience painless. She not only was attentive during the countless calls but also went through each item of the final layout before the order was placed and after when it was received, to make sure we had everything. Best of the Best Customer service at Best on Line is just terrific. I am a designer and i buy cabinets from them three or four times a year. Sunny has been such a great help and the whole crew is there to assist and solve problems. The cabinets ate well made and a great value.

This is our second order thru BOC This is our second order thru BOC. Very happy with the quality and the finish. They were excellent about communicating the delivery dates. We did a computer room and our laundry room. We opted for the pre assembled units to save time. Everything arrived perfect and no shipping damage.
