Their workmanship, attention to detail and housekeeping was exceptional. Customer Service was courteous, pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend The Bath Authority.

Extremely bad experience the sales… Extremely bad experience the sales person lied to us over and over after I asked about upgrades the install took months to get everything so it was overpromise and under delivered. Then I wrote them a check, but they didn’t cash for three months later, and had no explanation for it, don’t do any business with this company. There’s plenty of others out there a lot less money in a better experience.

What a great company What a great company. I had them replace a walk in shower. They did a fantastic job. Looks amazing. Left the area spotless. Best part was the workers were friendly and answered all my questions about the install. Customer service department was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to redo my other bathroom.

They were amazing They were amazing. The installer Tyler Lentini worked really fast. He was amazing and cleaned after himself even when I asked him not to because I wanted to do it. He was respectful and very funny. Would recommend
