But the replacement was sent and fit perfect. Packaging of the toilet is perfect and the performance of the toilet is very impressive. We replaced four toilets and we are happy with the performance of the flush and everything about the toilet and also looks very nice

We are very satisfied with the bidet We are very satisfied with the bidet. When we receive the battery on a separate shipment, we originally thought we had been scammed. It would’ve been good to be communicated with to let us know that they would be shipped separately. When I called the local number here in California the gentleman sent me an email, showing that the bidet was being shipped separately. so other than that scare for the day everything else as well. Thank you.
