GBNew Experience for this DIY'er The ordering process was pretty easy. I already knew the exact cabinet sizes that I needed going into my order and did not utilize their design feature. Shipping: Items were received in about 3 weeks from order placement. I was expecting this time frame, so no surprises there. Quality: The color (blue) is beautiful, the packaging was adequate in in order to reduce damage. I already knew to expect a little bit of a thinner cabinet but once installed in my laundry room everything squared up perfectly and is solid. The Build: Ease of the build system was pretty great. Challenges included some of the cabinets were missing parts or warping causing certain pieces not to fit correctly. Which brings me to Customer Service: Their customer service and shipping teams are on top of it. I did need to get some pieces replaced that were damaged or missing and their team got me everything I needed to make sure the installation could be completed. While it is unfortunate that I needed to get the items replaced in the first place their team was super helpful in making it as painless as possible.
