Shipping was fast, product better than expected, and truly the pictures don’t give the true essence of its beauty! I had to contact customer service because I changed my mind and wanted the 5 light versus 4 light and even that process was flawless!! I will definitely purchase other products!

Exceptional Products and Service - Amalfi I could not be happier with the two chandeliers I purchased from Amalfi. It's difficult to find "classic" designs, and after searching all of the "usual" home improvement stores, lighting stores, and home decor sites, I finally found Amalfi. The lights arrived in perfect condition - very carefully and secruely packed. They were very easy to install and look great. I got the 4 Light Vintage Crystal… I got the 4 Light Vintage Crystal Plug-In Chandelier (Gold) and it is Beautiful! Unfortunately, some of the crystals had chunks of glass and/or scratches on them, and there weren't enough back-up crystals that came with it, so I reached out to the company, and Victoria was very helpful with getting a variety of crystals sent out immediately (when I say "immediately" I mean they were shipped over night and I had them the next day). I was very impressed with the excellent customer service, and I'm in love with this chandelier! It looks Stunning in person!! I would definitely recommend this company.
