Couldn't be happier with our new oven. Looks and works awesome. We had a very unusual wall oven cutout size from 1962. I've been in a couple of our neighbors house that have replaced their ovens already. They lost a drawer or had to adjust cabinet doors. I wasn't looking forward to having to try and make something fit. I searched and searched and found one oven on the whole internet that would fit our opening perfect. Oven arrived on time. The driver called ahead so could be there to meet him. He waited while I unwrapped it and looked for hidden damage as advised to in an email I received. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Thank you.

bad experience By the time I had my custom oven installed it was past the 30 day return. It did not even turn on. It doesn't matter if you have any kind of parts warranty, because there is no one who will work on them. Buyer Beware. Bad customer service.
