I ordered the products I ordered the products. But got an email staying out of stock. Instead received something as a token gift. So, for now I give one star because I have not heard back anything regarding the items that I placed order online. Suppose to receive later in late December. Today is late January. No update. :( Sorry. Just very disappointed. We all understand supplies chain issue. We understand that. Just no update.

Strong! Slight delay in delivery, but nothing terrible. The pans are “built”. Like crazy high quality. But….. they are huge.

Very good quality Very good quality. Like the detachable handles and fold down handles and like the markings for quantity held. Don like that several are way too big, larger than standard.

Repeat experience as good as the first This was my second order because I really love the cookware and wanted to gift it. My first set is over 2 years old and it still is shiny and cooks like a dream. I got a second set as a gift and my friends love it too. Customer service is always helpful and were able to ship an order as a priority before Christmas. Highly recommend!

Disappointed in return policy! … I recently purchased a set of pots and pans on 12/29. They were received within a week. They were well packed and nicely presented - considering the price of the set they should be! We unpacked them to check out the stacking capability which is very nice. I used the smallest pot to boil water and was very surprised after one use how easily they become “scarred”…yes I know they can be cleaned with bar keepers. A couple of points - they are heavy! Seniors beware the removable handle is easy to use but if you don’t the metal pot “rings” get very hot. - requires two pot holders if you don’t use the handle. The pots are also very large scale. I realize they need to be to be stackable but the smallest is not your normal small saucepan nor are the frying pans at the bottom of the stack! After all of this I realized this set was not for us and I reached out to the vendor to return the set (at least all but the one pot that I used)! They are telling me that nothing is returnable since I used the one pot! Their site says you can return unused items but it doesn’t say - that applies to an entire set if you only use one part of a set! Had I known this I would have purchased one pot to test it out then decide if I want the rest (149 vs 1k) - so beware! They seem to apply the return policy at their discretion! By the way - the communication is all through email. No one answers the phone and voice messages are not returned! For this reason I am giving them a one star!
