GBDissatisfied customer I bought cabinets in July 2020. It was not complete until the fall. Had to come out numerous times to replace a rusted sink (4 days installed) and to fix numerous problems such as screws put in crooked and pushing through the outside of cabinet, trim was crooked, stoppers were missing, etc. One cabinet is a different color inside and I was told to live with it; no one would see it. My experience is that they hire out for installers and take no responsibility for the shabby workmanship. The install manager also accused me of damaging my new sink but gave me another one "as a courtesy" but the installer told me he was told not to hook it up (I already paid a plumber the first time to install). After a lengthy back and forth argument with customer service manager, the sink was installed by them. Unfortunately the hoses were installed backwards (hot on right/cold on left). I will never use them again...terrible customer service!
