I inquired about product prior to… I inquired about product prior to purchasing and feel like what I was advised is not what I received. Then losing over hundred dollars for restocking fee is ridiculous. The item I purchased was way over priced and the product was cheaply made. I will not recommend or be re-purchasing from you. BETTER READ RETURN POLICY before you order If I could give Home and Tower less than one star I would. I ordered a bedspread for $ 297. I travel for my job and was out of town when the package arrived. When I actually picked up the package from my apartment mail room I didn’t like the way it looked( it looked better in the picture). When I went to return it I was told that their return policy is No returns allowed 5 days after the product is delivered, BUT I could return it for a 20 percent re-stocking fee. There was NOTHING posted online during the order process about a 5 day return policy?? It eventually cost me $74 which is more than the stated 20 Percent restocking fee. I would Never buy anything from Home and Tower again. An honest company would inform its customers in bold letters during the buying process that you have 5 days to return if you don’t like it.
