Beautiful design Beautiful design, great quality, expedient delivery

Low quality, not as in images Bought the Jessica 11-piece nautical set and am very unhappy with the quality. It looks like a cheap version of the images they show on their web site. The square pillow has no blue piping around it and the colours look wrong. After initial delivery problems I contacted the company and they were quick to respond and rectify, however, after I received the items and sent in my feedback, I have not heard from them at all. Overall the embroidery is of very low quality with threads showing on the good side going from section to section and some sections missing the embroidery completely. There are no labels on any of the items to tell you how to wash it or what the material is made of (100% cotton???) - yes it is soft and slinky but it doesn't feel like cotton to me. I received a towel I did not order and if this review site would allow me to upload images, I would. It was shipped from Shanghai and it feels like a cheap Chinese rip-off to me. Paid top dollar for this but would not recommend. It definitely does not look like the quality in the images.

Jessica Duvet 10 piece set. I ordered the Jessica Duvet 10 piece set the original Duvet was too small I ordered a King they were so helpful and fast delivery with the Super King I absolutely love this Duvet set the material is silky soft and is exactly as you see it on the web site fantastic company to deal with can highly recommend them they have some unique items I have seen any where in Australia I love their tap wear.
