Excellent customer service. Although there was an initial mixup with my order, customer service follow-through was excellent and very very prompt. In less than 48 hours everything was straightened out and I was able to order said I wanted with the addition with the addition of the utensils for a slightly lower price. Highly recommend.

cooking made easy I never realize the difference a good frying pan made when cooking. simple things like eggs. all the cheap pan I bought before always bowed out in the middle so all the liquids slid to the sides. this pan has a support plate in the middle the disperses heat evenly. I should have got this a long time ago.

I never give 5 stars I never give 5 stars, but it was close. There may be a lot of choices out there, but these pots/pans were exactly what I was looking for. They are of restaurant quality manufacturing. The site itself is a bit buggy and needs work. There are limited choices and I hope in the future their inventory is expanded.
