Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Broken and missing lids. Company won’t return email. Haven’t been able to contact by phone. First order were great. The last 2 orders were terrible. If anyone has found a phone number that someone actually answers let me know.

Damaged Product I purchased hookah tumblers from ibesin. The website said 4 weeks from China. After 6 weeks I started trying to contact them on my order with no response. Finally, after over 3 months my tumblers arrived. The tumblers appear to be ok, but half of the boxes are unusable due to being crumpled and smashed. I requested replacement boxes and was told that couldn't be done. I am now trying to get return/refund instructions and no response to my emails. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! This company has terrible customer service.

Well constructed tumbler with a lot of features. Well constructed tumbler with a lot of features. Comes with a stainless steel straw with a rubber tip that slips on. The lid has a mechanism that can be rotated so you can use the straw or drink directly from the tumbler. You get a small brush to clean the straw. In addition the tumbler comes with a rubber boot that slides over the base. Only complaint is that with the rubber boot on the tumbler it does not slide completely down in the cup holders of my golf cart. I have to remove the boot to get it to fit snuggly. When filled with ice and a beverage of your choice this tumbler keeps drinks cold for several hours. We live in Central Florida and use this tumbler while playing golf. Even with temperatures in the upper 90’s we find that most of the ice put in the tumbler remains unmelted even after a 5 hour round. I have not used for hot beverages. I would recommend this oversized tumbler to anyone looking for a quality tumbler that keeps drinks cold even in the hottest conditions.

Not reliable. Not always good quality First few orders were fine. Last several have been nightmares. Gritty and dull after sublimation. Lost orders. Purchased at sale price was forced into taking new order for lost shipment at regular price. Argued for days over refund and finally placed new order at regular price. Lost a 25 item order and it was replaced with defective tumblers
