Coils in hose separated with sharp edges close to where showerhead is held. I refuse to send to company in states and pay for shipping. If something sounds too good to be true it usually isn’t!

A plumber is at my house now and tried… A plumber is at my house now and tried to install two of these in my bathrooms. One of them leaks and the other will not convert the water to the shower head. He is going to get a better quality product to install. This will cost me twice what I had anticipated. DO NOT BUY!!!

I love this shower head I love this shower head. Powerful power washing feature is great. Only issue is that the switch for the power wash feature is a little difficult to slide. Nevertheless, I love this so much that I’m buying more!
