This company should be terminated from… This company should be terminated from the internet. The order we placed came late; we ordered one shirt but got three; we were charged for 4 shirts. The website was so confusing to negotiate. The owner of the company should take the designer of the website out behind the wood shed and have a meeting with Jesus us out how bad the website confuses the customer. The delivery time is so terrible that one cannot count on timely delivery. To others who consider buying from this firm we caution you to look elsewhere. For us…. What a terrible experience.

REFUZED A RETURN, REFUND Took 3 weeks before it was even shipped... once recieved they put NAMA on the arm instead of the requested AV8R I asked for... They refused to take a return and refund and only offer 10% refund... Also quality of the sweater is pathetic, made with a curtain or table cloth like material and vary much home made looking.

Poor quality and overpriced Has a good variety of designs, but the pajamas material was thin and poor quality. The sleeves are much too short also, and shipping took over a month (I'm in Australia). Also I'm pretty sure their item reviews on their website are fake, there is no option to leave a review there. In response to your comment, my dissatisfaction had nothing to do with "3d designs" or whatever, and everything to do with you lying about your products being high quality and charging top dollar. Not to mention how long it took me to receive them..

Returns are impossible! Item was received after weeks of waiting. It wasn't suitable. As noted on their Returns section - I contacted via email and have been in discussions via email back and forth for weeks now trying to get a refund (and will happily return the item!) They've now offered me a 30% refund. I definitely won't be ordering here again - it's much too much hassle to return unsuitable items!
