SCAM BUYER BEWARE Never received product and according to tracking it says it was picked up in NYC which I live 40 minutes from well that was two weeks ago When I contacted them they said plane crew has to assign room for the package. Scam 4/16/2020 charged my account for 5 knives, Phone line supposed to be available in May. Several excuses about Fed Ex closed because Covid, Promised if shipping status not changed by 5/30/2020 would return $, 5/31/2020 still no knives, no $

It's been 3 weeks and the item has not… It's been 3 weeks and the item has not departed the originating country (Netherlands??) I thought I was buying authentic Japanese knives. Still waiting to see if they're any good.

They wrote me and said they were refunding everyone that hasn't received there orders in a month.. Asked for a refund and they told me no because its on the way and I need to wait another 10 days!!!! ... This was a mothers day gift and I've already bought another set of knives from a more reputable company.. they got here in 4 days!!!!!! This company is garbage and they're full of lies. BEWARE

ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. AVOID!!! This company is a scam. I paid $255 AUS for a set of knives in the 1st week of April. After 1 month i emailed to follow up as the tracking wasn't working. NO response. Then over the next 2 months I emailed 4 times and finally got a response in on the 7th of July after 3 months. Saying we have refunded your money, check your account. I paid $255 AUS and was refunded $215 AUS and never any valid reason why I didn't get the knives. A fancy website can deceive. They have clearly shut down their facebook account because of all the bad reviews
