GBCautiously optimistic … Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.

GBBad Deal I received a new vanity with marble top and inspected per the instructions. Went to install marble vanity top a month later and noticed that the top had a crack where holes were drilled for the faucet. This wasn't noticed on the initial inspection because someone tried to hide the crack with some putty. The company now states that because this was noticed after the delivery, they are no longer responsible. This was not a delivery issue and someone from the factory purposely tried to cover up the cracked marble. I sent pictures showing the crack with some filler in the crack to hide the crack. Bad overall experience.

AUShockingly poor communication Shockingly poor communication. When I enquired how long before my furniture arrived I was given the name of the transport company and told to contact them. Guess what, the transport company would only deal with the company. The directions for how to put together the furniture when they arrived were not readable. I asked them to email a copy and still waiting for a response. When the furniture arrived it got scratched coming out of the box, cheap nasty furniture. Do not buy from this company.

GBOverall Happy with Purchase and Delivery My vanity arrived within the allotted time and appeared to be in good condition. We took photos of the boxes upon delivery. We did not open it right away due to delay issues in our renovation process. When the time came to install the vanity everything looked good except the backsplash was broken in half. We were so glad the countertop was intact because the time limit for replacement/refund had expired. I simply went to a local home improvement store and purchased marble tile and had it cut and installed and it looks great. The vanity looks awesome, love the extra drawers.

MXThink Again Before Proceeding I paid for expedited shipping so I could have the watch for a wedding I was attending. I order 2 weeks prior to the event, even with expedited shipping it took 3.5 weeks to arrive. What they don't tell you is it takes over 2 weeks for them to process the order. Also they DO NOT refund shipping even if it takes 3.5 weeks for an "expedited" delivery.
