Think Again Before Proceeding I paid for expedited shipping so I could have the watch for a wedding I was attending. I order 2 weeks prior to the event, even with expedited shipping it took 3.5 weeks to arrive. What they don't tell you is it takes over 2 weeks for them to process the order. Also they DO NOT refund shipping even if it takes 3.5 weeks for an "expedited" delivery.

Vanity as expected except for backsplash Delivery of vanity went well. We had a contractor install the vanity, plumb the sink sand hang the mirrors. Everything looked like the photos and looks great. Only issue we had was that the backsplashes that were delivered were 2 different thicknesses. One was 1/4” the other 1/2”. We ended up using leftover tile for a backsplash instead of dealing with waiting for returns since our contractor was ready to install.

Beware of this company Beware of this company. We ordered a 78" bathroom vanity at start of our bathroom remodel and upon receiving we checked inside the boxes and saw what we thought everything intact. Sadly we have learned the lesson of CLOSER inspection upon arrival and prior reading thoroughly online reviews. There was a hairline crack from end of the Carrera top to the sink hole which was not glaringly apparent BUT because this is a vulnerable area with marble is susceptible for cracks as mentioned by our contractor. He also states that this piece was in cardboard and covered with thin styrofoam and should have been packaged more sturdily. The company refused to acknowledge poor craftsmanship and I was out my money, period! Because we didn't immediately try to return or exchange, we were stuck with buying a completely new top. They offered to "sell" me a new top, but we went with a different local company and now have a beautiful counter top.

This company promised me a refund over… This company promised me a refund over a year ago and has yet to follow through on their promise. I have contacted them numerous times via email and phone, with ZERO response from them. I issued complaints with the BBB and California Attorney General and they even refused to respond to them as well. I have documentation of being promised a refund by two employees of their company, yet nothing has been received. I am floored that a company of this size will refuse to respond to customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they may have cheap prices, but you will pay for that if you ever have a problem with the merchandise. They are the worst company to deal with ever!!!! Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else

Cautiously optimistic … Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.
