Vanity as expected except for backsplash Delivery of vanity went well. We had a contractor install the vanity, plumb the sink sand hang the mirrors. Everything looked like the photos and looks great. Only issue we had was that the backsplashes that were delivered were 2 different thicknesses. One was 1/4” the other 1/2”. We ended up using leftover tile for a backsplash instead of dealing with waiting for returns since our contractor was ready to install.

UPS didn't deliver on time, and tracking tells me the delivery date is unknowable. Only one of the 5-6 emails I've sent regarding this purchase has resulted in a reply. None of my phone messages have been returned. I would be reluctant to purchase from your company again

If you want to return an item they… If you want to return an item they charge you shipping back and forth, taxes, restocking fee. Ridiculous all the charges to return something, they take all the money and return nothing. Would never buy from them again.

It also said delivery would take 3 business days. I called to get the confirmation a couple days later and it still wasnt shipped. We are on a time crunch because the crew is here finishing the bathroom and the vanity still has yet to arrive.
