Do Not Buy from this Company! Do not buy from this company. I bought a vanity, vanity top and mirror. All were damaged. Company will not refund or send me new product because I missed their 2 day deadline. Mirror was shattered and frame deeply scratched. Vanity was deeply scratched. Vanity top was broke into 3 pieces. Terrible customer service!

Bad Deal I received a new vanity with marble top and inspected per the instructions. Went to install marble vanity top a month later and noticed that the top had a crack where holes were drilled for the faucet. This wasn't noticed on the initial inspection because someone tried to hide the crack with some putty. The company now states that because this was noticed after the delivery, they are no longer responsible. This was not a delivery issue and someone from the factory purposely tried to cover up the cracked marble. I sent pictures showing the crack with some filler in the crack to hide the crack. Bad overall experience.

I am beyond upset with this company and… I am beyond upset with this company and the freight carriers they have contracted with. I bought a vanity on Jan. 28. The transport company called to make an appointment for delivery on 2/6. Then they called back and told me the shipper had suspended shipment. I called Luxury Living Direct and they told me they would resolve the problem. Their intermediary, Custom Companies (shipper), says Luxury Living Direct knows why they won't release my shipment. Now Luxury Living won't take a call ("leave a message") or email me back. The customer service rep "Ella" has a "out of office" message. Are these people going bankrupt or what? Meanwhile, my vanity sits on a truck in Houston and my 86 year old mother waits to move into a house.

If you want to return an item they… If you want to return an item they charge you shipping back and forth, taxes, restocking fee. Ridiculous all the charges to return something, they take all the money and return nothing. Would never buy from them again.

Vanity as expected except for backsplash Delivery of vanity went well. We had a contractor install the vanity, plumb the sink sand hang the mirrors. Everything looked like the photos and looks great. Only issue we had was that the backsplashes that were delivered were 2 different thicknesses. One was 1/4” the other 1/2”. We ended up using leftover tile for a backsplash instead of dealing with waiting for returns since our contractor was ready to install.
