GBI am beyond upset with this company and… I am beyond upset with this company and the freight carriers they have contracted with. I bought a vanity on Jan. 28. The transport company called to make an appointment for delivery on 2/6. Then they called back and told me the shipper had suspended shipment. I called Luxury Living Direct and they told me they would resolve the problem. Their intermediary, Custom Companies (shipper), says Luxury Living Direct knows why they won't release my shipment. Now Luxury Living won't take a call ("leave a message") or email me back. The customer service rep "Ella" has a "out of office" message. Are these people going bankrupt or what? Meanwhile, my vanity sits on a truck in Houston and my 86 year old mother waits to move into a house.

GBCautiously optimistic … Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.

GBBeware of this company Beware of this company. We ordered a 78" bathroom vanity at start of our bathroom remodel and upon receiving we checked inside the boxes and saw what we thought everything intact. Sadly we have learned the lesson of CLOSER inspection upon arrival and prior reading thoroughly online reviews. There was a hairline crack from end of the Carrera top to the sink hole which was not glaringly apparent BUT because this is a vulnerable area with marble is susceptible for cracks as mentioned by our contractor. He also states that this piece was in cardboard and covered with thin styrofoam and should have been packaged more sturdily. The company refused to acknowledge poor craftsmanship and I was out my money, period! Because we didn't immediately try to return or exchange, we were stuck with buying a completely new top. They offered to "sell" me a new top, but we went with a different local company and now have a beautiful counter top.

GBVery Satisfied Customer I ordered a 72'' Caroline Vanity , Carrera double sink top and Mirror on August 14,2020. I spoke directly to a salesperson by the name of David. He was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with.The items arrived within the expected time of delivery. I was concerned about damage during shipment but there was none! My contractor and i were extremely pleased with the quality of the construction. All solid wood, no veeners and extremely well put together.I highly reccommend Luxury Living Direct and plan on ordering from then again

GBThis company promised me a refund over… This company promised me a refund over a year ago and has yet to follow through on their promise. I have contacted them numerous times via email and phone, with ZERO response from them. I issued complaints with the BBB and California Attorney General and they even refused to respond to them as well. I have documentation of being promised a refund by two employees of their company, yet nothing has been received. I am floored that a company of this size will refuse to respond to customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they may have cheap prices, but you will pay for that if you ever have a problem with the merchandise. They are the worst company to deal with ever!!!! Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else
