GBVanity as expected except for backsplash Delivery of vanity went well. We had a contractor install the vanity, plumb the sink sand hang the mirrors. Everything looked like the photos and looks great. Only issue we had was that the backsplashes that were delivered were 2 different thicknesses. One was 1/4” the other 1/2”. We ended up using leftover tile for a backsplash instead of dealing with waiting for returns since our contractor was ready to install.

GBBad Deal I received a new vanity with marble top and inspected per the instructions. Went to install marble vanity top a month later and noticed that the top had a crack where holes were drilled for the faucet. This wasn't noticed on the initial inspection because someone tried to hide the crack with some putty. The company now states that because this was noticed after the delivery, they are no longer responsible. This was not a delivery issue and someone from the factory purposely tried to cover up the cracked marble. I sent pictures showing the crack with some filler in the crack to hide the crack. Bad overall experience.

GBStill waiting to hear about the delivery of my order… Ordered a piece of furniture on the 30th November with next day delivery. Apart from confirmation of order I have neither received anything or heard form the company, despite multiple e-mails.

GBBeware of this company Beware of this company. We ordered a 78" bathroom vanity at start of our bathroom remodel and upon receiving we checked inside the boxes and saw what we thought everything intact. Sadly we have learned the lesson of CLOSER inspection upon arrival and prior reading thoroughly online reviews. There was a hairline crack from end of the Carrera top to the sink hole which was not glaringly apparent BUT because this is a vulnerable area with marble is susceptible for cracks as mentioned by our contractor. He also states that this piece was in cardboard and covered with thin styrofoam and should have been packaged more sturdily. The company refused to acknowledge poor craftsmanship and I was out my money, period! Because we didn't immediately try to return or exchange, we were stuck with buying a completely new top. They offered to "sell" me a new top, but we went with a different local company and now have a beautiful counter top.

GBCautiously optimistic … Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.
