Cautiously optimistic … Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.

I'd paid for the expedited shipping and then once I realized that it was going to be a 7 to 10 day wait before they shipped it I said. Can we please cancel the order? They said no we can't cancel the order and they still haven't shipped it and I got an email just now saying. Please let us know if you want us to ship the watch. It will be another 7 to 10 business days before we can ship it. Definitely the worst customer service and company there is so I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from them.

Overall Happy with Purchase and Delivery My vanity arrived within the allotted time and appeared to be in good condition. We took photos of the boxes upon delivery. We did not open it right away due to delay issues in our renovation process. When the time came to install the vanity everything looked good except the backsplash was broken in half. We were so glad the countertop was intact because the time limit for replacement/refund had expired. I simply went to a local home improvement store and purchased marble tile and had it cut and installed and it looks great. The vanity looks awesome, love the extra drawers.
