GBIf you want to return an item they… If you want to return an item they charge you shipping back and forth, taxes, restocking fee. Ridiculous all the charges to return something, they take all the money and return nothing. Would never buy from them again.

GBThis has to be the worst customer… This has to be the worst customer service out there. Ordered my watch over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. They don't answer to emails and there is no number to call them. Definitely don't recommend buying from here. Would mark it a zero if I could. They are essentially scammers.

GBBad Deal I received a new vanity with marble top and inspected per the instructions. Went to install marble vanity top a month later and noticed that the top had a crack where holes were drilled for the faucet. This wasn't noticed on the initial inspection because someone tried to hide the crack with some putty. The company now states that because this was noticed after the delivery, they are no longer responsible. This was not a delivery issue and someone from the factory purposely tried to cover up the cracked marble. I sent pictures showing the crack with some filler in the crack to hide the crack. Bad overall experience.

GBSo far the experience has been a poor … So far the experience has been a poor one. After paying for the vanity I ordered I never received the confirmation email they said they sent out. It also said delivery would take 3 business days. I called to get the confirmation a couple days later and it still wasnt shipped. We are on a time crunch because the crew is here finishing the bathroom and the vanity still has yet to arrive.

GBCautiously optimistic … Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.
