GBI ordered a watch over a week ago I ordered a watch over a week ago. Never heard back from anyone. I'd paid for the expedited shipping and then once I realized that it was going to be a 7 to 10 day wait before they shipped it I said. Can we please cancel the order? They said no we can't cancel the order and they still haven't shipped it and I got an email just now saying. Please let us know if you want us to ship the watch. It will be another 7 to 10 business days before we can ship it. Definitely the worst customer service and company there is so I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from them.

GBOver two weeks later Over two weeks later, I don't have my vanity top. The first arrived shattered. A replacement was sent pretty quickly, but it hasn't arrived yet. UPS didn't deliver on time, and tracking tells me the delivery date is unknowable. Only one of the 5-6 emails I've sent regarding this purchase has resulted in a reply. None of my phone messages have been returned. I would be reluctant to purchase from your company again

GBThis has to be the worst customer… This has to be the worst customer service out there. Ordered my watch over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. They don't answer to emails and there is no number to call them. Definitely don't recommend buying from here. Would mark it a zero if I could. They are essentially scammers.

GBBad Deal I received a new vanity with marble top and inspected per the instructions. Went to install marble vanity top a month later and noticed that the top had a crack where holes were drilled for the faucet. This wasn't noticed on the initial inspection because someone tried to hide the crack with some putty. The company now states that because this was noticed after the delivery, they are no longer responsible. This was not a delivery issue and someone from the factory purposely tried to cover up the cracked marble. I sent pictures showing the crack with some filler in the crack to hide the crack. Bad overall experience.
