What made me stay is the excellent customer service, the high quality products, the fact that the items are made in the US and that they help and support shelters. I forgot to mention that your fur babies look stinking adorable in their bandanas and bowties. I had one item where I mixed up the personalized name. They paid attention enough to make sure the right size item was customized for our pet. Wonderful company run by warm hearted people. You won't go wrong here.
