Customer service number listed in installation manual list number in China that does not answer. Only US number in TX, only has bot answering machine. Only customer service is info@warmlyhome. 10 day return policy not realistic on a product that is damaged, with no effective responsive customer service. Company threatens to deny return on damaged product.
