Excellent service from L&P Heating After more than 22 years of excellent service, our old Worcester boiler needed replacing. We had no recommendations to go on so viewed the online reviews for several local companies. The reviews for L&P were excellent, and when Lee came around to access the installation, we were very impressed with his knowledge and advice. Steve fitted the boiler the following week and I was very impressed with all aspects of his work. My father was a plumber so I know a good plumber when I see one. Steve and his apprentice removed and disposed of the old boiler and all the old pipework. Steve gave very good instructions on how to use the boiler, and after 10 days we are very happy with the boiler and very happy to recommend L&P to anyone looking for a good local Bristol company to install their new oil or gas boiler.

Excellent 5* service Lee came and listened to exactly what we needed, advised on the best course of action and advised an upgrade to the boiler we were asking for quotes on. The quote he gave was less than the majority we had already received for a lower efficiency boiler. No pushy sales jargon just honest advice. Within 2 days of accepting the quote the team started work. The guys who attended our property were respectful and polite, always removing shoes, knocking closed doors to ensure ok to access. They kept us informed about their progress and always cleaned up all the messes as they went. The whole install took 1.5 days with the additional works requested by us. They explained how to use everything before they left. The follow up care from Lee was great, explaining what was going to happen and what paperwork to expect. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Steve and Luke were great, very quick and efficient in the installation - had to sort out a previous non regs installation which meant a bit more work. Many thanks for making our home warm again!

Lee came over within a day of requesting a survey, and had me booked in for a boiler replacement the following day. He helped me choose a new a boiler, saving me money on what I thought I needed. L & P Engineers Paul and Andrew turned up around 7:30 and were finished by 12:00. They were really polite and professional. After they finished, they cleaned up my flat as if they had never been there, and walked me through how to use my boiler and the new controls.
