Steve and Luke were great, very quick and efficient in the installation - had to sort out a previous non regs installation which meant a bit more work. Many thanks for making our home warm again!

The process and communications were seamless and the work was carried out very swiftly as initial inquiry to a finished boiler replacement took less than 24 hours. Excellent 5* service Lee came and listened to exactly what we needed, advised on the best course of action and advised an upgrade to the boiler we were asking for quotes on. The quote he gave was less than the majority we had already received for a lower efficiency boiler. No pushy sales jargon just honest advice. Within 2 days of accepting the quote the team started work. The guys who attended our property were respectful and polite, always removing shoes, knocking closed doors to ensure ok to access. They kept us informed about their progress and always cleaned up all the messes as they went. The whole install took 1.5 days with the additional works requested by us. They explained how to use everything before they left. The follow up care from Lee was great, explaining what was going to happen and what paperwork to expect. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.
