Lee came over within a day of requesting a survey, and had me booked in for a boiler replacement the following day. He helped me choose a new a boiler, saving me money on what I thought I needed. L & P Engineers Paul and Andrew turned up around 7:30 and were finished by 12:00. They were really polite and professional. After they finished, they cleaned up my flat as if they had never been there, and walked me through how to use my boiler and the new controls. Excellent boiler replacement L&P engineers arrived on time as communicated and set to work. Having disconnected the old oil boiler, they proceeded to install the new one and do all the required associated works by mid-afternoon. I was given all the information needed and they left the premises all neat and tidy. Great job all round!
