Lee came over within a day of requesting a survey, and had me booked in for a boiler replacement the following day. He helped me choose a new a boiler, saving me money on what I thought I needed. L & P Engineers Paul and Andrew turned up around 7:30 and were finished by 12:00. They were really polite and professional. After they finished, they cleaned up my flat as if they had never been there, and walked me through how to use my boiler and the new controls. Great service, quick to respond and professional Very efficient service from start to finish, Lee was quick to respond to our email, setting up a replacement boiler in a few days.
