Excellent boiler replacement L&P engineers arrived on time as communicated and set to work. Having disconnected the old oil boiler, they proceeded to install the new one and do all the required associated works by mid-afternoon. I was given all the information needed and they left the premises all neat and tidy. Great job all round!

Excellent 5* service Lee came and listened to exactly what we needed, advised on the best course of action and advised an upgrade to the boiler we were asking for quotes on. The quote he gave was less than the majority we had already received for a lower efficiency boiler. No pushy sales jargon just honest advice. Within 2 days of accepting the quote the team started work. The guys who attended our property were respectful and polite, always removing shoes, knocking closed doors to ensure ok to access. They kept us informed about their progress and always cleaned up all the messes as they went. The whole install took 1.5 days with the additional works requested by us. They explained how to use everything before they left. The follow up care from Lee was great, explaining what was going to happen and what paperwork to expect. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.
