Had issues with my boiler Had issues with my boiler , with a family of 6 when it packed up with no hot water lee came out straight away and the lads had the new boiler installed immediately, can’t thank the team enough saved a massive headache and cold showers , all the advice and knowledge and installation was 10/10 can’t fault anyone or anything. Excellent 5* service Lee came and listened to exactly what we needed, advised on the best course of action and advised an upgrade to the boiler we were asking for quotes on. The quote he gave was less than the majority we had already received for a lower efficiency boiler. No pushy sales jargon just honest advice. Within 2 days of accepting the quote the team started work. The guys who attended our property were respectful and polite, always removing shoes, knocking closed doors to ensure ok to access. They kept us informed about their progress and always cleaned up all the messes as they went. The whole install took 1.5 days with the additional works requested by us. They explained how to use everything before they left. The follow up care from Lee was great, explaining what was going to happen and what paperwork to expect. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Quick and Efficient Old boiler gave up the ghost and L & P came to the rescue! They were able to install my new boiler a day after I contacted them and I now have a splendid new A rated boiler. Paul and Luke arrived on time and were a pleasure to have around. They managed the operation efficiently and very effectively and in quick time I had a working boiler again. They tidied up and left the place as if nothing had been done. A great company to deal with and I can recommend them without hesitation.

An Excellent Painless Boiler Instal Steve and Callum arrived early on the agreed date and did not stop until our new boiler was fully installed. They we excellent workers, keeping us informed of progress and always removing shoes whist checking the system was working properly. The old boiler out and the new one in within one day. Great. They also set up or phones so we can adjust the system remotely. We would certainly recommend them to our friends and family.
