Is the company reputable? The last question was easy to answer because Manhattan Rugs has a 5.0 rating on Trustpilot. The first two were answered when we received the rug. The images were accurate but could not adequately convey the beauty and quality of the rug. Tightly knotted, plush, with vibrant blues and golds and rusts and colors across the spectrum. We had high expectations and this rug exceeded them. Note: the rug arrived quickly and safely, which is an added bonus, but we've all come to expect that, and it's hardly a major point on a purchase that should last decades.
