Happy with Stoneside in 2022 and again in 2024 We bought an 18yo house in 2020. When the cord on a bedroom shade broke in 2022, I called Stoneside. The new shades we got for both bedroom windows are a great match for our walls. When the vertical shade on our 3-panel sliding glass door gave out recently, we didn't think twice about who to call. Melanie and Joe did a great job both times helping us find a good material, color, etc. and then installing the new shades and taking away the old ones. The next time we have window covering issues, I know you who we'll call!

Professional, kind and high quality They were professional, kind and courteous right from the beginning. Anna (designer), Carlos (measurement person) and Edgardo (installer) were all amazing. It felt like every person that came in the house cared about the customer experience and quality of work. Even the customer service staff (Caleb) was very helpful in scheduling and resolving any issues. I had a challenge where an incorrect blind was installed and they immediately acted on it and fixed it - all with kindness and concern. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the blinds and the service that we received. Highly recommend this company!

John did a fabulous job! Give him 10/10! Every step of our process went smoothly and the staff were on-time (actually called to come a little early--great for us).
