Perfect rug/great service I found the perfect runner for my kitchen just in front of the sink and dishwasher—a very pretty alternative to the rubber mats you see. And the feature on the site of placing your rug choice in the actual room sold me on the rug I was considering. And to top it off, it was shipped the same day I ordered it, so I received it less than 24 hours later! Impressive customer service!

Excellent online rug shopping experience Their website has excellent photos of the rugs including the back so you get a good sense of the quality. The rug I bought met my expectations and shipped quickly. Their tool to virtually see the rug in your room by uploading a photo was extremely helpful. It was far better quality than similar tools I've seen for other non-rug retailers and really helped me visualize how things would actually look. I ended up eliminating several rugs I thought would look nice but actually didn't. And now that I have the rug in place, I can say it pretty much looks like the tool showed me while shopping!
