Having placed orders with this company… Having placed orders with this company before I placed another order assuming they kept my credit card information on file like my other vendors do. When I called to see if the order had shipped I discovered they'd held my order for payment for weeks. I didn't know it because the email they sent went into my junk file. I feel like they should have picked up the phone and called to ask for my cc number instead of just leaving it hanging. Now my customer has to wait 6 more weeks for her order. I hate the lack of personal interaction. I know it's the trend but I find it tiresome and lazy on the company's part.
