Pleased in L.A., and now in Indy Over the years, we've purchased 3 different mattresses from Bed-in-a-Box, and they've all been of good quality. The whole process of ordering, shipping, and opening of the packaged mattress has been easy and convenient. And the prices have been very reasonable for this quality of product. Btw, make sure to open the box in the bedroom where you intend to use the mattress!

No Off Gassing, No VOCs I ordered a King Azul Oct 13, 2023 from Bed In A Box and it was delivered Oct 18. I opened it thinking it would need to air out for weeks to get rid of VOCs, but to my surprise, there were no odors or VOCs at all! The mattress was ready to be used that night. I ordered a Medium Soft. It was much firmer than I expected, but I have 120 days to decide if it is too soft or too firm to exchange with a different model. I am very happy with it, particularly since I am very sensitive to VOCs and have had a problem with every other mattress, topper, or bed frame we have bought.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER After much research, ordering from BedInABox was one of the best decisions I have made when purchasing a new bed. Their website is user friendly. The bed and foundation shipped quickly with all products described (including pillows). The mattress assembly was simple and the foundation was fairly simple. The ORIGINAL mattress is SO COMFY and we are very happy customers!! Also LOVE that it is made in the USA!

I LOVE this mattress I LOVE this mattress. I stayed the weekend at my aunt's house and she had a BedInaBox mattress. The mattress I had was only a few months old, but I was still waking up with some pain. After one night on my aunt's spare mattress I had zero pain and I had to have one. To top things off, I had to contact customer service before the mattress even arrived because FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Their customer service representatives are also wonderful!
