Very happy with their craftmanship, easy access web page, along with the choices of payment they offer. Customer service is unmatched. At times, they will even check with you if they have a question to get it right. Always a good outcome and feeling. You will order again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful keepsake I love Wendall August Forge! This company is truly a great treasure. I purchase wedding gifts, baby gifts, anniversary gifts, birthday gifts, etc. They truly have something for everyone on my list. I do miss the store in Holmes County, Ohio though.

Do not count on shipping even when you pay extra to get it to you on time I am very disappointed in the shipping department at Wendell August. I purchased a gift for my husband for Christmas, and even paid extra to have it shipped on time (per the shipping deadlines on Wendell August page.). Not only did I not get it in time, it did not even ship until the day after Christmas. There was no email or correspondence from Wendell August alerting me to the fact that it would be potentially delayed. We have bought countless items from Wendell August both for ourselves and as gifts over the past 10 years, but this recent issue is unacceptable in my book.
