GBGreat Customer Service We placed an order with Super Area Rugs on August 9th. Carrier reported that our order had been delivered and placed on our porch. We were at home and the order was not received. On August 17th, we contacted Super Area Rugs Customer Service. They got in touch with the Carrier, who could not locate the rug. A few days later, the rug magically appeared in our driveway. The package was torn and the rug was saturated with moisture. We contacted Super Area Rugs who asked us to send pictures, then immediately sent us a replacement with a different carrier. We could not ask for a quicker or better resolution to our problem. Our thanks to Super Area Rugs Customer Service group.

MXThis was my second purchase from super… This was my second purchase from super area rugs. I ordered the sheepskin rug in silver. It’s so soft, luxurious, and a lovely light grey color. It wears well and I think it’s a fantastic value for the price. The shipping was quick and I appreciated the tracking link.

GBDelivery Great; Product Not So Much Delivery was super timely. However, quality of product was sub-par. Rug sheds fluff if you brush against it; and 16 pound puppy drags fluff all over house when she walks across it. It is placed under a baby grand piano; and does not get foot traffic or harsh wear and tear. Disappointing.
