GBThey work, they don't spam, they are fantastic. I have been working with web platforms and service providers since the BBS days in the late 70s and when I look for a service provider I just need a place that gives a fair price, no unnecessary bells and whistles, and just works. Offering LetsEncrypt and simplicity along with a knowledgeable support staff for when something glitches is perfect for me. I like a service that just works in the background and doesn't spam or try to pretend they are a rock star business while just being "extra".

Their customer service and tech support are outstanding. Pricing is great as well. The servers are fast and the software is easy to use and everything is where you would expect it to be. I highly recommend GreenGeeks.

DESupport is quick to answer but unorganized Support is quick to answer, and my website is up and running (2 stars for that). But every answer in support comes from another agent, and often they contradict each other.

GBGREEN AND CLEAN !! GREEN AND CLEAN !! I have had GreenGeeks web hosting for over a year now and have experienced nothing but extreme help wherever I have needed it. The team are very polite and go as far as they can to help with any situation regarding my hosting and other issues. I like the fact that they help with the environment to keep our world clean. MKWorst support ever! Every answer in support comes from another agent, they are not reading full previous messages and not solving the real issue. Wasting time repeating the same thing over and over. They Disabled Virus scan at hosting and they offer me to pay more than 100 $ to clean the database. Avoid this hosting if you don't want a headache.
