USOkay-ish Ordered quite a few items. They came quickly...some okay - many others not. Some were far darker on canvas than in the file used or the color was "off". Shipping was also VERY high and most of it was probably due to the inordinate amount of packing they used. I think it would've been more conducive to pack some of the items together but each came in their own box. Seemed like a lot of waste. Won't order again or recommend.

USZero customer service! Placed an order with Canvas on Demand on April 17th. Received an email advising the order had been shipped on April 20th. This is now April 30th and my order has not arrived. I have repeatedly contacted Canvas on Demand to discover what happened to my order, but all I get in return are automated responses. There is no customer service associated with this company! I contacted UPS regarding the tracking # issued, but they have no notice of this package or # and passed me off to the Post Office, which is where I did find a human to talk with, but they could not locate either the package or the tracking #. Somewhere out there in the wild blue yonder is a package for me that was to be the centerpiece of a baby shower I am hosting this week. You can surely understand my profound disappointment at the lack of urgency re this order from Canvas on Demand. I have never, ever been associated with a company that had such poor customer service. Not ever!
