Beautiful Finished Canvas It was very easy to upload my design, adjust and see the final version. The final piece came in absolutely perfect. The only thing I didn't realize was that the back was totally finished. I finish my designs by laying a layer or two of resin and have to make sure they are extremely level in every direction and the canvas can not give or bounce any. By being finished on the back I am unable to support the back like I normally do to ensure it is level in every direction. Also, I would like it if the background could be white on some of the designs. The price was perfect and the job was perfect. Perhaps a few other choices in sizes of canvasses would be good too.

Zero customer service! Placed an order with Canvas on Demand on April 17th. Received an email advising the order had been shipped on April 20th. This is now April 30th and my order has not arrived. I have repeatedly contacted Canvas on Demand to discover what happened to my order, but all I get in return are automated responses. There is no customer service associated with this company! I contacted UPS regarding the tracking # issued, but they have no notice of this package or # and passed me off to the Post Office, which is where I did find a human to talk with, but they could not locate either the package or the tracking #. Somewhere out there in the wild blue yonder is a package for me that was to be the centerpiece of a baby shower I am hosting this week. You can surely understand my profound disappointment at the lack of urgency re this order from Canvas on Demand. I have never, ever been associated with a company that had such poor customer service. Not ever!
